2AM POSTER SERIES

I’ve always loved the early morning hours for the creative headspace they provide. This ongoing poster series is the result of those sessions, where I stepped away from the "rules" and indulged in experimentation. It’s a space for me to dive deep into textures and typography, exploring technical ideas that eventually find their way into my client work.

THE OTHER KITCHEN: An Artist's Book

I created this artist's book as a tribute to 60s-era recipe collections, containing ten whimsically absurd recipes. Housed in a handmade clamshell box with a silkscreened cover, the project was an exploration in collage, layout design, texture, and a bygone style I've always been fascinated with.

JELLIES MAGAZINE

A 90s-inspired Harajuku magazine exploring six rebellious concepts. As designer and photographer, I worked in a four-person team to take the project from initial conceptualization to final layout over the course of three months. The publication draw inspiration from archival, out-of-print Japanese magazines, aiming to pay homage to that iconic aesthetic while infusing it with a distinct, modern Los Angeles energy.

KOREATOWN PLAZA LOGO

This project reimagines the visual identity of Koreatown Plaza, a cornerstone of the Los Angeles Korean community since 1985. The proposal aims to modernize the brand through a new typographic lockup and color palette that honors the Plaza’s established presence.
